Join Inner View Yoga’s ONCE PER WEEK 1-hour (4 or 8-week) children's yoga & well-being program! 

Some of the benefits of yoga and mindfulness:

- Increased attention, focus, and self-regulation

- Improved mood, creativity and sleep

This is an opportunity to have your child develop physical awareness, mental focus, and tools to navigate life as they grow. Participants will take part in a weekly yoga and mindfulness program, that includes gratitude, focus, self-confidence, and goal-setting activities.

Age Groups: 

8-10 years old

11-12 years old

13-15 years old

Class size: 

Maximum 5 participants/class


Outdoor (Ninth line and 14th, Markham).


4 or 8 weeks (once per week-1 hour class)

Classes start: 

Week of July 5th, 2021

Classes end: 

Week of August 23rd, 2021

Requirements for class: 

- Positive attitude/willingness to learn.

- Yoga mat and water bottle.

Important information: 

On days where there is a heat warning/rain, classes will be conducted online.
